Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a Temporary to possibly permanent role located in Ajax, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in both English and French, handling inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay rate : $23 / hour.
Location : Ajax, ON
Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm
Job type : Temporary to Permanent possible | Full-time

Responsibilities :
Answering incoming customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Entering orders accurately into the system for both standard and custom products.
Collaborating with sales, production, and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
Maintaining up-to-date customer information in the company database.
Handling communication with other plant locations and departments as needed.
Utilizing problem-solving skills to provide solutions and expedite order corrections.
Performing additional tasks as required in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Fluency in both French and English is essential.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to various personalities and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Outlook, and ERP systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
