Job descriptionProven experience in all print solutions including Digital, Flexographic & Litho. Demonstrated experience in press installations and custom press setups. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry knowledge and advancements.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidates of interest would be Press Managers, Press Supervisors, Technical Press Engineers, and / or Print Service Techs.
Position Description
- Oversee all aspects of flexographic and digital print solutions press operations.
- Lead press installations and custom press setups, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and vendors to deliver high-quality print solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve any press-related issues or challenges.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize press performance and productivity.
- Stay current with industry trends, training, and technical advancements to enhance knowledge and skills.
