The successful applicant will be expected to participate in veterinary technology faculty and other meetings. They will be expected to follow guidance from the program coordinator to ensure courses meet program goals and objectives especially with regard to accreditation requirements, or guidelines. Participation in the annual program advisory meeting is expected and usually falls on one weekend per year. The applicant will follow established Standard Operating Procedures and be aware of and follow all necessary safety procedures and policies established by the university and program.

The position reports directly to the Chair of the Department of Animal Science and Aquaculture.
