The ideal candidate will be a commercially sharp, operationally grounded, and entrepreneurial finance leader, with a deep understanding of retail operations and a proven track record in high-growth, transformational environments. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and driving cross-functional alignment. The successful candidate will be expected to establish financial discipline, manage risks, and provide leadership in technology modernization and operational process optimization. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA and professional financial designation. The role demands a leader with strong retail instincts, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience in technology transformation and a background in retail, consumer products, or multi-channel environments are essential.
