Job Description

Assist Associate Director in oversight of the Investor Delivery team in daily operations and quality client service with the guidance of MUFG’s core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty.

• Guide team in deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to Investor Delivery responsibilities.
• Responsible for supporting daily Investor Delivery client communications, client / investor queries, review and oversight of fund / client activity for the period, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to complete deliverables within SLAs.
• Support management in addressing any sensitive or escalated queries / concerns from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments adhering to high-quality standards.
• Support team with training and support Associate Director with individual performance assessments and development as requested. Foster a professional environment of encouraging personal and professional development.
• Ensure professional, productive and collaborative communication within the team, firm, and with external parties, leading by demonstrating professional and positive communication, collaboration, support and an inclusive team culture.
• Support management with driving departmental initiatives, projects, risk mitigation strategies.
