Based onsite at their downtown Vancouver headquarters, this role will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of office hardware, systems, and collaboration tools that support hundreds of employees. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting across a wide range of devices and platforms, including Windows and Mac systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, printers, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft Office applications. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service and communication.

You will bring a strong technical background, experience with IT support ticketing tools like ServiceNow or JIRA, and the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, user-friendly solutions.
