The company, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the planning and successful delivery of large and medium-sized IT projects with moderate to high risk and complexity. Projects will include network infrastructure, audio visual, IoT devices, and custom enterprise solutions. Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Coordinate site visits to assist with the definition of project scope, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project schedules, meeting minutes, scope of work, and status reports
• Track project progress on site and across multiple work streams
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed
• Ensure network infrastructure, audio visual, and IoT implementations follow appropriate standards and best practices
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with third parties and vendors
• Communicate project status clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support and guide project coordinators and contributing team members as required
