Purpose of the Role :
As the IT & Cyber Security Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with talented and passionate individuals.
As an experienced project manager in Information technology and Cyber security delivery, you will provide program and project management ownership of assigned IT and Cyber Security initiatives.
This role offers you challenging and rewarding opportunities in leading initiatives, planning and coordinating, and reporting on various IT and Cyber Security projects under a portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- You have minimum of years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity in a combination of traditional and agile environments.
- You have a solid understanding of common project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- You have demonstrated experience successfully delivering Information Security and Information Technology proofs of concept, pilots, agile release trains, and projects.
- You have a good technical understanding of common technologies and domains, including cybersecurity, API integration, and cloud-based services and tools such as Azure.
- You have good working knowledge of most of the following : Project Online, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft , SharePoint Online, Dynamics ERP and CRM systems.
- You have a recognized certification in Project Management, preferably PMI PMP.
Bonus Skills and Qualifications :
You have skills in Kanban, Lean Agile, and / or Lean Six Sigma.
What Success looks like in this role :
- You will act as Scrum Master / Project Manager for IT and Cyber Security initiatives that involve various combinations of project sizes and tailored delivery methodologies, leveraging appropriate Agile and PMBOK processes to enable effective delivery.
- You will perform key communications regarding change, project status, and project value proposition.
- You will identify project risks, prepare risk mitigation plans, and actively manage risks.
- You will effectively manage scope, budget, resources, and schedule for assigned initiatives.
- You will integrate requirements definition, design activities, implementation tasks, and change management activities into portfolio and project plans.
- You will define and measure change related KPIs and CSFs and contribute to continuous improvement.
