Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Contracts Analyst to support the Contracts department.
The Contracts Analyst supports the service contract portfolios and provides expert advice, guidance and education on a variety of contracts through the understanding and knowledge of Health Authority and contract negotiations processes and systems and provides a link between the operational contract processes and the strategic negotiation processes of the Contracts department. The Contracts Analyst liaises with Northern Health (NH) leadership, operational leaders, and external organizations to exchange information, influence and support consistent contract management practices. The Contracts Analyst is responsible for comprehensive contract management services for contracts within the assigned service portfolio / areas. The Contract Analysts provides expert advice on contract performance, organizational decision- making and organizational performance improvement through analysis, monitoring and reporting of system performance.
Starting salary will be approximately from $74,618 to $93,273 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC) is the largest Acute Care facility within the Northern Health region, and a hub for specialized health services. It's also a teaching hospital :
