Major Job Responsibilities:

• Support and operate a broad range of Digital Workplace Management (DWM) services, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, VDI/Citrix and enterprise file and print platforms.

• Provide day-to-day operational support across Microsoft Intune (Windows, iOS, Android), including device configuration, application deployment, compliance policies, and troubleshooting.

• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams from a platform and service-operations perspective, including mail flow issues, collaboration configuration, retention, and lifecycle management.

• Support enterprise file, print, and managed file transfer services, including file shares, print servers, and SFTP solutions, covering user onboarding, access management, and issue resolution.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and low-code automations to improve operational efficiency across digital workplace services, including user lifecycle, device management, compliance workflows, and reporting.

• Participate in incident response, problem management, and root-cause analysis across supported platforms, contributing to permanent fixes and service improvements.

• Create and maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and knowledge articles to reduce single points of failure and improve team resilience.

• Collaborate closely with security, identity, networking, and platform specialists to support governance, security controls, and compliance requirements.

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills:

• Proven experience supporting enterprise digital workplace or end-user computing services across multiple platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

• Practical experience supporting Citrix VDI or similar virtual desktop environments at an operational level (user support, troubleshooting, service operations).

• Experience supporting file services, print services, or managed file transfer/SFTP platforms in an enterprise environment.

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for administration, automation, and operational tooling.

• Solid understanding of identity and access concepts such as Entra ID, RBAC, and Conditional Access, sufficient to support day-to-day operations.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work across multiple technologies and escalate appropriately to subject matter experts.

Preferred (Non-Mandatory) Skills:

• Experience with Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Logic Apps.

• Exposure to endpoint security tooling, vulnerability management, or privileged access management solutions.

• Familiarity with hybrid or cloud storage platforms (for example NetApp or cloud-based file services).

• Basic familiarity with Citrix Cloud, Azure-hosted workloads, or virtual desktop infrastructure beyond user-level support.

• Experience supporting compliance-driven environments, including audit support, retention policies, or PCI-related workflows.

Soft Skills:

· Strong communication skills, experience presenting and explaining complex architecture concepts to non-technical users

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills — including the ability to effectively communicate technology usability and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.

· Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
