Groupe Chagall is a leading Quebec manufacturer and builder specializing in high-end architectural millwork, custom kitchens, and residential construction solutions. As we continue to expand our presence in Western Canada, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects across British Columbia while helping grow our client base and market presence.

What You'll Do
Reporting to our VP Business Developpment West Coast, you will oversee kitchen cabinetry, residential, and architectural millwork projects from planning through installation. Working closely with our project management, estimating, and manufacturing teams in Quebec, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Leadership
- Manage all phases of projects, from planning and procurement to manufacturing and installation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets.
- Coordinate project execution to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support showroom, builder, and developer projects as required.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, contractors, architects, and designers.
- Lead project coordination and site meetings.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and industry partners throughout British Columbia.
- Ensure clear communication between Western Canadian clients and our manufacturing operations.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the residential and millwork sectors.
- Expand and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and contractors.
- Participate in networking events, client meetings, and industry activities.
- Share market insights and collaborate with estimating and sales teams to support growth initiatives.
Quality & Operational Excellence
- Monitor project quality throughout production and installation.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate resolution of deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and financial records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project reviews.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Millwork, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential construction, cabinetry, millwork, development, or general contracting projects.
- Experience working directly with residential builders, developers, or general contractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction, millwork manufacturing, and project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive results.
Preferred Assets
- Existing network within the British Columbia construction, development, or residential building community.
- Experience contributing to business development and market expansion initiatives.
- Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software.

Location & Travel
South Surrey, British Columbia (Hybrid)
Frequent travel throughout British Columbia and occasional travel to Quebec.
