We are looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our team. 5+ years’ experience in client facing role.

Responsibilities

Work with business partners to identify opportunities and define goals for various initiatives.
Play a key role in articulating detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate across business, user experience, and technology teams to drive delivery.
Collaborate with user experience designers to prepare wireframes for review with business users and development teams.
Prepare detailed specifications and supporting documents to guide development teams as needed.
Work with QA to assist in designing and reviewing test cases.
Meet deadlines and communicate delays in a timely manner.

Skills Required

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders to understand the business and gather requirements.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks.

Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative.

Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project).

Experience in an Agile setting writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and organizing the backlog according to the overall roadmap.

A degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.

Prior development experience at an investment bank or other leading financial services firms.

Comfort working with ambiguity, managing, and resolving complex issues.

Experience with SQL and tools such as Tableau to query data for analysis and visualization.
