Mitigation & Contents Supervisor


The Mitigation & Contents Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day quality of work, scheduling and training of the mitigation and contents staff. This would include listing, disposing and creating reports for contents projects. Managing drying equipment, monitoring, applying structural drying and selective demolition on ongoing water loss projects. There will also be an aspect of the role to oversee health and safety of staff and subcontractors on hazardous material sites. (Mould, asbestos, lead, sewage, etc).


Pay: Hourly. $28 - $32 depending on experience


On-Call: This position is expected to participate in the on-call after-hours rotation a minimum of two (2) weeks per month, for now, and is eligible for on-call bonus pay in addition to hourly wages.


Reports to: General Manager


| Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Equipment Management Keep warehouse clean, organized and ready for incoming projects. Responsible for equipment tracking, maintenance, and upkeep Responsible for the daily equipment and supply inventory sheet for each contents team Order and monitor inventoryTraining & Supervision Train MIT/CON staff on how to properly complete projects. Supervise, lead, and coach field staff and sub-contractors Assist the Project Managers with daily scheduling, dispatch, and supervision of staff.Timekeeping Submit weekly time sheets and coded job hours to accounting. Approve field staff hourly timecards weekly.Job Execution Complete cleaning processes for both contents and structural damage assigned jobs Assist in CAT scenarios. Mobilization to other territories may be required. Documentation & Reporting Report inventory in the company's main operating system, RMS. Complete and file documentation on contents and laundry jobs. Create item scheduled and present to management staff. Communication & Customer Service Communicate job progress and completion with management team and client. Act as a point of contact for homeowners throughout assigned jobsSafety & Professional Standards Work safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mould Follow Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics Attend industry-related trainings





Required Education and Experience


  • High School Diploma.
  • Three or more years of supervisor experience either in hazardous material remediation or construction.
  • Proficiency with app-based and desktop software, such as Microsoft Office suite.





Preferred Education and Experience


  • Experience in the disaster remediation industry
  • IICRC certifications
