The consultant will be called upon to play a role of BI Integration Architect within cross-functional data projects that is to say with several delivery teams in parallel.
He will work in collaboration with the integration architect the other architects and when necessary the analysts and developers. More specifically he will ensure to :
Make the architecture vision evolve and communicate it
Align the architecture with the organizations priorities and according to the enterprise architecture guidelines
Manage interdependencies and issues between Data and Analytics solutions and business projects
Promote integrated quality and the achievement of requirements (functional and non-functional)
Support design and implementation by the teams and according to the methodology in place
Contribute to the program (train) reporting
Act as an expert regarding the data integration strategy and the roadmap
The person sought has good leadership is a good communicator of needs and solutions. He demonstrates good listening skills and is able to understand both business and IT issues.
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in Data and Analytics Architecture roles
At least 3 years of experience in an Integration Architect role and in mentoring other architects
Good knowledge of enterprise architecture
Mastery of different types of data architectures ETL and Reporting
Mastery of issues related to data integration and data value creation and the ability to communicate them
Hold a university degree or equivalent
Have a sense of ownership
Be able to show initiative
Be a positive leader for the delivery team
