Overview

Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent Business Analyst to support enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, strong communication, structured content analysis, and agile delivery within hybrid environments.

Location : National Capital Region (Ottawa / Gatineau). Classification : This job posting is for a new opportunity to support our continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
• Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identifying and documenting items such as database content, structure, and application subsystems.
• Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
• Establish acceptance test criteria.
• Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document KM Initiative objectives, roles, and deliverables.
• Prepare plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and report progress throughout the KM lifecycle.

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to : specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $87,494 to $112,493 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
