About the Role
The System Analyst will be a Business Applications Solutions team member, responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting cloud-based solutions and client applications using various technologies such as Data Factory, DevOps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Microsoft 365, VB.NET and Power Platform. Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications Solutions, the System Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business needs and comply with the established standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to production incidents and support requests. Analyze and follow service calls through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access and performance issues.
- Maintain, develop, and deploy Powerautomate code.
- Write complex SQL code to query data, fix bugs and implement enhancements.
- Design and deploy in production various data objects, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures (T-SQL and PL / SQL)
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Work within the support process standards (and improve when required)
- Provide customer-facing support to stakeholders
- Provide periodic on-call support (24 / 7)
- Develop, maintain, and support cloud systems and applications functionalities, such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Generative AI, Microsoft Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, DevOps, and Key Vault
- Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
- Testing of patches implemented against business applications.
- Ensure continued, uninterrupted service through identifying and resolving problems in a client / server environment.
- Responsible for software integration, external interface development and technical documentation
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and peers.
- Collaborate with third parties and internal teams to configure and deploy new features and applications.
Knowledge and Experience Required
Note : Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield’s identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively.
