Function Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Reporting & External Audit, the main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to : Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports based on internal and external requirements. This accountability extends to the Boards of Trustees and / or Governance Committees of all the Entities under the Bruyère umbrella, namely Bruyère Continuing Care, Bruyère Research Institute, Bruyère Foundation, Geriatric Psychiatry Community Services of Ottawa, Bruyère Academic Medical Organization, Bruyère Family Medicine Program and Champlain Hospice Palliative Care Program.
Provision of support in the preparation of the year-end audit files and process for all the entities under the Bruyère umbrella.
Assisting in the preparation of the mandatory quarterly submissions to Ontario Health and to Ministry of Health (MOH).
Facilitating the preparation of the year-end Hospital Consolidation Reporting.Is committed to living the Mission and Values of Bruyère.
