Job Description
destinationone Consulting is exclusively partnering with our client, a respected non-profit organization, to recruit an HR Generalist . This is a confidential opportunity to join a dynamic team in a mission-driven organization. Reporting to the Director of HR, the HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in recruitment, HR data management, and implementing strategic HR projects, including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
The ideal candidate will bring experience in unionized environments (Union : BCGEU ) and have a minimum of three years of HR experience within a non-profit setting.
Location : Lower Mainland, BC
Salary : $70,000 - $72,000 annually
Vacation : 3-weeks
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment :
- Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain well-qualified candidates who align with the organization’s values and vision.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, developing social media campaigns, screening candidates, preparing interview guides, and participating in interviews.
- Build and maintain internal and external candidate pipelines.
