Job description
Robert Half is working on behalf of a valued client to find a detail-oriented HR Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company that values effective talent management and employee engagement. If you excel in multi-tasking and enjoy supporting HR initiatives, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is current and secure
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support employee engagement initiatives and organizational events
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Previous experience as and HR Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a bonus
