We are excited to announce an opening for a Pharmacist to join a newly opened, modern medical clinic featuring 6 family physicians and a collaborative, patient-centered care model.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to become an integral part of a growing interdisciplinary health care team, working closely with physicians and clinic staff to improve patient outcomes and community health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and medication management.
- Collaborate closely with family physicians and other health professionals.
- Administer injections and vaccinations as required.
- Support patient education and promote medication adherence.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
Requirements:
- Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Injection certification required.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
