  • Support and ensure inclusion of system analyses (e.g., FMEA, FTA, trade-offs).
  • Support and ensure alignment to robustness test planning (DOE1–DOE5).
  • Partner with Agile Teams, suppliers, DREs, calibration, safety, service, and manufacturing.
  • Consult with GM Diagnostic Business Sector Representatives and regulatory agencies.
  • Mentor diagnostic professionals within the ART.
  • Align ART members to a common diagnostic strategy and best practices.
  • Roll down the diagnostic architecture roadmap to teams.
  • Define subsystems, interfaces, and allocate diagnostic responsibilities.
  • Plan and develop the Diagnostic Architectural Runway for the ART.
  • Support supplier sourcing, assessments, and technical reviews.
  • Engage in LPM / EPICs and provide diagnostic workload assessments.
  • Participate in diagnostic improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, diagnostic tools, and internal policies.
