What you can expect to do here

  • Coordinate proposals from initial inquiry to final submission, setting timelines, gathering content, and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgets, tender documentation, and progress payments.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and organize client and team events.
  • Manage project data, electronic filing systems, and supply inventories.
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and handle courier shipments.
  • Support office operations—answer phones, greet guests, and troubleshoot IT issues.
  • What you’ll bring to WSP

  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, ideally in engineering, architecture, or professional services.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with SharePoint, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, and GIS data is an asset.
