Compensation & Hours :
The rate of pay will be $18 - $20 / hr.
Monday – Friday, full time, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Word Wizardry : Craft professional documents, reports, and presentations that make an impact
Calendar Commander : Manage appointments, meetings, and team schedules like a true multitasking master
Tech-Savvy Problem Solver : Troubleshoot minor tech issues and quickly adapt to new software or tools
Office Support Superstar : From organizing files to answering phone calls, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine
Communication Connoisseur : Whether it’s coordinating with the team or assisting clients, your clear, friendly, and professional communication will shine
Required Qualifications :
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Quick learner with keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Holds discretion and confidentiality at the utmost importance
