Job description5+ years of experience developing SharePoint and Office 365 solutions, with a proven ability to design and implement business applications that address operational needs. Strong expertise in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to create automated workflows, digitize forms, and enhance data visibility. Advanced proficiency with SharePoint development frameworks (SPFx, CSOM, JSOM, REST API) to ensure seamless integration and customized functionality. Demonstrated success in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript to support custom development and seamless integration of solutions. Experience with PowerShell scripting to streamline SharePoint and Office 365 administration and optimize operational efficiency. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GIT repositories to manage version control and support collaborative development processes. Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or SharePoint Developer to demonstrate validated expertise in relevant tools and technologies. Hands-on knowledge of integration protocols like REST, GraphQL, and SQL to enable seamless data flow across systems and applications. Proven ability to work in agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement of solutions.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of SharePoint and Office 365 solutions, helping to streamline processes and create impactful business outcomes. What You’ll Do
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into tailored SharePoint and Office 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver proof-of-concept applications and streamline workflows.
- Build and maintain client-focused relationships, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Develop scalable and reliable solutions using Power Platform tools to digitize forms and automate repetitive processes.
- Work closely with executive stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and align deliverables with broader business goals.
- Integrate SharePoint systems with enterprise applications, addressing data migration, storage, and retrieval needs.
- Oversee solution rollouts from testing to production environments, ensuring stability and user adoption.
- Take ownership of project lifecycles, driving solutions from ideation through development and implementation.
