We are Systematix and we are looking for a

SharePoint Developer

for an upcoming opportunity with a public sector client. The ideal candidate must already possess a security clearance at the Secret level (Level II) or higher.

About the Project

The Developer will work within SharePoint online and build custom SharePoint and power automate / power platform artefacts and provide advice on best practices related to SharePoint Online. Further, the Developer shall support the Manager and team by performing other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.

About the Responsibilities

Develop custom SharePoint Online solutions, artefacts and working in the power platform on such items as Workflows and customized components as required.

Work through backlog list of post migration issues and bugs from the recent SharePoint on prem to SharePoint Online migration. Troubleshooting and modifying solutions to fix issues.

Determine level of effort and resource requirements to design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise business solutions.

Participate in the design, deployment, configuration, and administration of the SharePoint Online environment in support of the hosted business systems.

Participate in client demonstrations and workshops during the development cycle including testing and UAT cycles, proof of concept demo’s, requirements understanding sessions and pre and post implementation troubleshooting sessions.

Any other SharePoint Online / power platform requirements can fall under the duties of the position such as development best practice implementation, standards development, documentation creation and knowledge transfer to internal team members as examples.

About the Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology / Management

Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an advisory role on SharePoint 2016 and SPO best practices and development standards.

Minimum of five 5 years of Microsoft SharePoint Online development experience using Power platform to build complex flows and apps.

The ability to translate technical information to the business and able to walk the business through complex use cases relevant to the development requirements.

Experience building flows and apps in business areas of Finance and Human Resources.

Previous experience working at CATSA considered as an asset as to onboard quickly with the business.

Candidates must outline in detail how they meet the above requirements.

Pay Disclosure

The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows :

Junior :

0–5 years of experience - $40-75 / hr

Intermediate :

6–9 years of experience - $60-100 / hr

Senior :

10+ years of experience - $90-150 / hr

Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.
