Sous la responsabilité du superviseur-Revenus périssables, le titulaire du poste devra analyser sur une base quotidienne et périodique les ventes et la rentabilité des secteurs périssables. Il analyse les comptes de bilan et les comptes de ventes ainsi que les coûts des ventes:

  • Analyse les ventes et la rentabilité sur une base quotidienne et périodique.
  • Prépare divers rapports de gestion pour les différents gestionnaires des secteurs finance, achats et ventes.
  • Prépare les écritures de fin de période et concilie la rentabilité aux états financiers.
  • Prépare les avis de transfert aux différentes divisions et effectue les écritures de journal inhérentes.
  • Concilie périodiquement les comptes de bilan.
  • Effectue la conciliation annuelle des revenus fournisseurs périssables.
  • Participe et s’assure des contrôles internes.
  • Facturation manuelle.
  • Rapprochement d’ententes.
  • Répondre aux questions des fournisseurs (Metronet).
  • Toute autre tâche connexe à l’emploi.

CRITÈRES D’ADMISSIBILITÉ

  • Comptabilité III au niveau universitaire
  • Esprit d’analyse
  • Très bonne connaissance du logiciel Excel
  • Très bonne connaissance du système SAP (un atout)
