At Ausenco, we’re driving the future of the minerals & metals and industrial sectors by fusing deep technical expertise with an agile, collaborative mindset. With 26 offices in 14 countries, we deliver innovative and sustainable solutions across the entire project lifecycle, transforming challenges into opportunities for lasting value and long-term growth.

About the Role
- Champion a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across Ausenco’s workforce and local communities, supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives with visible leadership.
- Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring all incidents and near misses are reported, investigated, and addressed. Maintain safe practices and contribute to the development of the health and safety management system.
- Lead project execution to meet defined goals, scope, and timelines, consistently aligning outcomes with stakeholder expectations and organizational standards.
- Identify and manage project dependencies to ensure deliverables stay on‑time, on‑target, and on‑budget, while leading the identification and mitigation of risks and barriers through active collaboration with project teams and key stakeholders.
- Provide hands‑on leadership by overseeing the project plan, deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes, while defining and implementing proactive change management strategies throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful execution.
- Define the project organizational structure with clear roles and responsibilities to ensure seamless coordination, while fostering balanced, productive teams through leadership, guidance, and a collaborative spirit aligned with Ausenco's core values.
- Drive the financial, commercial, and quality performance of the project, ensuring targets are met, value is maximized, and high standards are maintained throughout.
