Print & Mail Services Associate

• Hourly salary of $20.
• 12-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, manage, and process print jobs submitted via email and hard copy requests.
• Perform print production and finishing activities, including cutting, binding, folding, and related tasks.
• Sort, process, and distribute mail.
• Coordinate couriers and prepare shipments.
• Interact daily with customers and end users.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide operational support.
• Provide general operational support as required.
• Complete assigned duties in accordance with the applicable Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Print and mail services experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as required.
