Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Experienced Administrator in Leduc, AB. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Leduc, AB (on-site)

General Statement of Duties:

  • The Administrator performs standard administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the office and field operations.

Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following):

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases
  • Support managers and teams with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects
  • Gather, review, and analyze tour sheets and timesheets
  • Assist with transportation-related data tracking and reporting
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with individuals of diverse personalities and roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, Word, etc) and web-based applications.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Administrative experience within the service rig industry is considered an asset
