We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our dining outlets. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership, innovative service, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure budget adherence, resolve audit challenges, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory levels.
Implement and maintain restaurant software systems, including Symphony and Open Table.
Hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff. Develop training programs and coordinate onboarding.
Oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and manage daily operations.
Manage staffing levels, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling and closing responsibilities.
Liaise with other departments, develop strategies to increase patronage, and ensure venue functionality and cleanliness.

Performance Expectations :

Proficiency in Open Table and Micros and strong knowledge of food and beverage service.

Maintain high service standards and a consistent, personality-driven service style.

Build positive relationships with guests, staff, and senior management.

Foster a collaborative environment and team approach.

Address issues effectively and make timely decisions.

Communicate clearly and respond to questions with understanding.

Inspire and motivate staff, promote a positive work environment, and drive the restaurant’s vision.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in a managerial role within a dining or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership skills with a passion for exceptional service.

Proficiency in restaurant management software and systems, computer skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Valid ProServe Certificate required
