Job descriptionAssess damage on vehicle once the vehicle has been dismantled. Determine the priority of tasks within the scope of the repair order. Complete and submit repair order supplements to insurance companies for work authorization. Ensure necessary parts are ordered and available for the time of repair. Maintain constant communication with Estimators and Body Technicians to ensure vehicles are fixed quickly and accurately. Work closely and collaborate with Insurance Partners, Technicians, and other team members to maximize efficiency, productivity and enhance the overall customer experience. Monitor and maintain quality standards for all repairs by collaborating with your team. Other duties as required. A minimum of 3 years experience in Automotive Collision Estimating or Repair Planning is preferred Detail-oriented and demonstrates superior quality in all work produced. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma and valid Driver’s License are required.

Fix Auto in Kelowna is seeking an Estimator / Repair Planner to join our busy Collision Center!
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will work Monday to Friday. Experienced candidates can expect to earn upwards of $75,0000 annually.
