We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to join our finance team. This is an on-site role based in Richmond Hill and an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have Big 4 public accounting experience and a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, product-driven environments. You’ll play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making, supporting month-end processes, and helping shape financial strategies. Please note : Only candidates with prior Big 4 public accounting experience will be considered. Applications without this requirement will not be reviewed. Key Responsibilities Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes across departments.
Partner with operations and senior leadership to provide business insights and cost analysis.
Perform detailed variance analysis on P&L and balance sheet accounts.
Support month-end and year-end close with journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and inventory data to improve financial efficiency.
Assist with internal controls, audit prep, and compliance-related activities.
Present financial results and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Job Qualifications
CPA designation (or in final stages of completion).
3–5+ years of experience , with Big 4 public accounting firm experience required.
Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (ASPE or IFRS) and financial modeling.
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a strong asset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
