Description & Requirements

who we are

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

The Finance Product Management team sits within Finance Operations and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of lululemon's enterprise Finance and Inventory platforms. This team plays a critical role in enabling accurate financial reporting, pricing and revenue integrity, inventory visibility, regulatory compliance, and scalable business growth across the enterprise.

As part of Finance Operations, the team applies strong product management discipline to complex, highly integrated systems-balancing operational stability, risk management, and auditability with longterm capability evolution. This includes leading largescale platform upgrades, supporting new business models and channels, and ensuring core Finance and Inventory systems remain resilient, compliant, and futureready as lululemon continues to scale globally.

a day in the life: what you'll do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for lululemon's enterprise Finance and Inventory platforms, with primary accountability for RMS and supporting Finance systems
  • Lead the evolution and modernization of highly complex, business‑critical platforms, including a large‑scale RMS upgrade and post‑implementation capability expansion
  • Partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Merchandising, Planning & Allocations, Supply Chain, Digital, Technology, and Guest Experience to translate business strategy into clear, prioritized product roadmaps
  • Define investment cases, sequencing, and trade‑off decisions that balance operational stability, financial controls, risk, and long‑term innovation
  • Govern prioritization frameworks, roadmap planning, and intake processes across multiple cross‑functional initiatives and delivery teams
  • Ensure platforms meet enterprise standards for data quality, auditability, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide executive‑level communication on platform health, risks, delivery progress, and realized business value
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers while fostering strong cross‑functional delivery partnerships
  • Act as an escalation point for complex platform decisions, risk management, and cross‑portfolio dependency resolution

qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale platforms, with preference for Finance, Inventory, ERP, or highly integrated operational systems
  • Proven experience owning multi‑year product strategies and roadmaps for mission‑critical platforms supporting large, global organizations
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Inventory domains, including controls, auditability, data integrity, and regulatory considerations
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross‑functional initiatives involving Finance, Technology, and operational business partners
  • Experience delivering and evolving complex systems within agile and hybrid delivery environments
  • Executive‑level presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across multiple functions
  • Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills, with the ability to navigate trade‑offs between stability, risk, and innovation
  • Proven people leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and developing Product Managers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, MBA, PMP, Product Management certification) preferred

must haves

  • Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results
  • Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same
  • Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure
  • Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships
  • Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take yourself too seriously
