Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Finishing & Packaging Team Member to join our production team on a straight day shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM). In this role, you will follow defined operational standards to support the final processing and packaging of finished goods.

You will be responsible for weighing, handling, and packaging cannabis products, maintaining strict quality requirements, and using ERP software to track inventory. Candidates must be comfortable working in a warm, humid greenhouse-like environment with exposure to the scents of cannabis and sweeteners.

Advantages
Competitive Wage: $18.50 per hour with steady full-time hours (overtime available as needed).

Consistent Day Shift: Standard schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Great Team Culture: Work alongside energetic, supportive team members in a fast-paced environment.

Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience in inventory software, quality control, and specialized processing operations.

Responsibilities
Packaging & Processing: Weigh, handle, and package cannabis products accurately according to strict quality control standards.

Inventory & ERP System: Utilize ERP software for inventory control, order processing, and tracking finished goods.

Equipment & Room Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace, perform regular room cleaning, and clean/maintain equipment (such as printers, utensils, and containers).

Documentation & Compliance: Complete and prepare appropriate operational documentation, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including comfort navigating computers, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.

Communication: Must be fully fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, perform repetitive operations requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Environmental Comfort: Comfort working in a warm, humid greenhouse-style environment with constant exposure to the smells of cannabis and sweetening agents.

Work Ethic: High attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks independently, and a strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team setting.

Summary
This is an excellent entry-level production opportunity for a reliable, quality-focused individual looking for steady day-shift hours in a specialized packaging facility.
