I am hiring on behalf of a luxury hospitality property seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional events and guest experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong events, banquet, and operational leadership experience to join a world-class property in one of Canada’s most iconic destinations.

The Events Manager will be responsible for managing the full event lifecycle, from initial planning through execution, ensuring every detail is delivered with precision, creativity, and a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of meetings, celebrations, weddings, and multi-day events.
  • Oversee event operations, timelines, service flow, and guest experience.
  • Act as the main operational contact during live events, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and conference teams to create memorable experiences.
  • Lead, train, and support event service teams to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and planners while ensuring their vision is executed.
  • Drive continuous improvement across event operations and service delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in events, banquets, conference services, or luxury hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience delivering high-end events, weddings, or large-scale programs is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards.
