JOB SUMMARY

Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable de l’administration quotidienne de l’équipe de la prestation des services en assurant une communication et une coordination claires entre la succursale et le centre de service; de la gestion de la prestation globale des services aux clients au moyen de la classification et du résumé des entrées; de la coordination du « point de contact unique » pour le client; et du maintien des relations avec les clients grâce à un contact proactif avec le client et à un service à la clientèle supérieur/ This position is responsible for the day to day administration of the Service Delivery Team ensuring clear communication/coordination between the branch and service center; managing the overall service delivery to the clients through classification and entry summary; coordinating “single-point of contact” for the customer; and ensuring client relationships are maintained through proactive client contact and superior customer service.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Superviser l’équipe de la prestation des services au quotidien. Responsable de l’encadrement continu, de l’orientation, de la rétroaction sur le rendement, de la planification et du perfectionnement de la formation pour les membres de l’équipe.
  • Veiller à ce que les opérations du personnel soient exécutées dans les délais établis et conformément aux normes de gouvernance de l’entreprise, et respecter les règles et règlements des douanes et de l’OGA.
  • Veiller à ce que les équipes respectent le budget du point de vue des revenus et des coûts.
  • Veiller à ce que le service à la clientèle réponde aux objectifs de l’organisation et qu’il soit offert de façon proactive et en temps opportun.
  • Soutenir les efforts de développement des affaires, y compris les visites des clients, au besoin.
  • Fournir des conseils d’expert aux clients internes et externes.
  • Établir des normes et des procédures pour que les entrées en douane, les factures et les opérations des clients dans leur ensemble soient uniformes, exactes et opportunes.
  • Gérer les obligations en matière de droits de douane et de fret pour s’assurer que les montants facturés et payés sont exacts et en temps opportun.
  • Gérer et saisir les résultats de la vérification et surveiller les indicateurs et les mesures par rapport aux normes. Fournir régulièrement de la rétroaction et de l’encadrement aux employés et, si requis ou au besoin, au client.
  • Se tenir au courant de l’évolution des exigences réglementaires et diffuser l’information au personnel ou aux clients.
  • Rechercher, développer et mettre en œuvre activement des opportunités d’amélioration des processus pour l’entreprise.
