Our client, is seeking a delivery-focused Senior iOS Developer to join their specialized digital banking technology division.
In this senior technical role, you will be embedded within a highly collaborative, fast-paced Agile 'pod' dedicated to architecting, engineering, and expanding a high-volume mobile banking platform. You will translate system specifications and user experience (UX) designs into robust, secure, and production-ready code. This position requires a seasoned developer who pairs deep native iOS platform expertise with a passion for modern, multithreaded architecture, clean code principles, and accessibility. You will actively participate in pair programming, collective code ownership, and proactive proof-of-concept innovation to deliver premium customer-facing solutions.

ResponsibilitiesNative App Development & Architectural Design
High-Fidelity Coding: Design, develop, test, and maintain fluid and responsive native iOS user interfaces utilizing SwiftUI alongside traditional UIKit.
Modern Asynchronous Design: Build scalable, highly optimized multithreaded workflows leveraging Swift Concurrency (Async/Await) and reactive paradigms like Combine.
Clean Architecture Governance: Enforce strict architectural alignment utilizing Protocol-Oriented Programming (POP) and MVVM design patterns.
Inclusivity & UI Polish: Engineer interfaces that comply fully with accessibility standards, incorporating VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Dark Mode natively.
Code Quality, DevOps & Triage
Quality Assurance & Code Reviews: Conduct thorough peer code reviews, participate in pair programming, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites using XCTest.
Performance Telemetry: Analyze application health, run memory-leak diagnoses, and optimize runtime performance utilizing Xcode Instruments.
Release & Deployment Management: Contribute to the Application Deployment Plan and overall mobile app rollout strategy, managing dependencies through CocoaPods.
Incident Triage & Tier-3 Support: Provide rapid technical root-cause analysis for escalated production incidents and outages to preserve critical platform stability.
QualificationsExperience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive professional experience engineering native iOS applications within large-scale, corporate environments.
UI Framework Mastery: Demonstrated hands-on production experience with both SwiftUI (minimum 6 months) and UIKit, including custom view layout creation via code and Auto Layout for dynamic screen sizes.
Modern Concurrency & Async Logic: Proven working experience utilizing Swift Concurrency Async/Await and Combine (minimum 6 months) to control asynchronous data layers.
Testing & Git Tooling Fluency: Proficient testing capability using XCTest, performance tuning via Xcode Instruments, and version control management through Git.
Ecosystem Standards: Solid understanding of dynamic application lifecycles, user experience (UX) guidelines, accessibility frameworks, and Agile delivery models.
Education: University or College degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. A team-first, self-motivated professional who can effectively prioritize tasks across concurrent project pipelines and articulate the business value of technical designs.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Assets
Prior professional mobile development experience operating within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Familiarity with CI/CD automation systems and build scripts, specifically Jenkins.
Practical experience working with Swift Package Manager (SPM) and Snapshot Testing frameworks.
Experience designing advanced custom view animations and transition components.
