We’re expanding our team to include an Entry Level Account Manager who shares our passion for success and client partnership.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in building and nurturing client relationships while driving growth for the company. Your primary focus will be on :
- Creating and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients and serving as their go-to advisor
- Managing client accounts to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and consistently exceed expectations
- Conducting in-field sales activities, meeting clients and prospects in person to drive business development and build rapport
- Acting as a key link between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Keeping meticulous records and maintaining data accuracy in company systems
- Analyzing market trends and client feedback to offer strategic insights and improve service offerings
- Regularly reporting account status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned
