We are seeking Data Quality Analysts for the following languages: English (Australia), English (United States), English (United Kingdom), English (India), English (Canada), English (Singapore), Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Mexico), Spanish (United States), French (Canada), French (France), Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), German (Germany), German (Austria), German (Switzerland), Italian (Italy), Chinese (Taiwan), China (China), Cantonese (Hong Kong), Japanese, and Korean to join our team in Montreal, Canada. The role involves evaluating digital content, software applications, and language-based data to help improve digital products and AI data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and rate web applications, content relevance, and in-app workflows across multiple platforms using defined quality guidelines.
Assess functionality, usability, user experience, and content quality.
Analyze, classify, and label content for accuracy and relevance.
Identify issues, document findings, and provide actionable feedback.
Conduct quality audits and support process improvements.
Support data rating related activities, including coordination, scheduling, and testing.
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
Native or near-native proficiency in one of the following languages/locales: English (Australia), English (United States), English (United Kingdom), English (India), English (Canada), English (Singapore), Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Mexico), Spanish (United States), French (Canada), French (France), Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), German (Germany), German (Austria), German (Switzerland), Italian (Italy), Chinese (Taiwan), Chinese (China), Cantonese (Hong Kong), Japanese, and Korean, with excellent reading, writing, listening, and comprehension skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication and comprehension skills
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to follow structured guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with iOS devices and applications is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in QA, content evaluation, relevance ranking, data annotation, localization, linguistic review, or content moderation.
Experience evaluating websites, mobile apps, or software products.
Familiarity with AI/ML, search relevance, or language data projects.
Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or project coordination.
