We’re looking for motivated individuals who are newly licensed or actively working toward a real estate license and want the support to build a productive business.
You’ll learn how to generate leads, build a pipeline, follow up with buyers and sellers, and move opportunities from the first conversation through closing.
You’ll have access to personalized coaching, mentorship from experienced agents, and practical systems designed to help you stay organized, improve your sales skills, and build confidence with clients.
This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is self-motivated, communicates well, is comfortable using technology, and wants the flexibility to manage their own schedule while still having a team behind them.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+
100% commission-based opportunity. Income is based on individual activity, production, and results.
Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Remote options available.

Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Develop and maintain a strong network of potential buyers and sellers to grow your client base.
Utilize our proven systems to manage leads, track progress, and follow up effectively.
Collaborate with experienced agents and mentors to refine your sales skills and strategies.
Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes to potential buyers.
Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests at every step of the transaction process.
