ACADEMIC PROGRAM ASSISTANT (BAND LEVEL 4)

DUTIES

As part of the Grenfell Campus Registrar's Office team, the Academic Program Assistant will provide administrative support to the academic school committees, such as the Committees on Student Academic Affairs, Committees on Academic Programming, Grenfell Campus Sub-Committee of Senate Committee on Undergraduate Studies, and the Grenfell Campus Committee on Special Admissions.

• Process convocation applications
• Process fine arts admissions applications
• Assist with final exam scheduling
• Generate statistical data and reports using the Banner Student Administration System
• Provide Banner Student support services for faculty, staff, and students
• Ensure efficient and accurate responses to inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and the general public
• Update business process documentation
• Perform other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

SALARY $50,294 - $58,998 per annum (CUPE Local 1615)
