Job Description :
HR Project Partners is currently recruiting a Regional Coordinator on behalf of our Client, Ukrainian National Federation of Canada. The Regional Coordinator is the lead staff member responsible for establishing, operating, and growing the Ukrainian Cultural & Settlement Hub in Corner Brook. This role builds regional capacity to serve Ukrainian newcomers, oversees community programming, manages staff, supports case services, and ensures the successful delivery of all project activities across settlement services, economic integration, cultural programming, and community outreach.
The Coordinator will guide multi-phase development, manage reporting, and maintain relationships with government, employers, municipalities, and community partners.
This is a full-time position, located in Corner Brook, NL. Travel across Western Canada and period travel to Labrador is required.
Essential Job Functions :
Hub Establishment & Operations
- Set up and manage the physical hub, including lease, furnishings, workspaces, library, children’s zone & offices.
- Establish governance and corporate structure for Western NL operations.
- Recruit, onboard and supervise regional staff, contractors, and volunteers.
- Implement sustainable operating systems, policies, financial tracking & security protocols.
