Responsibilities- Manage and support a sales team of two representatives
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Provide coaching and guidance to support deal closure and performance improvement
- Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Ontario
- Build strong relationships with farm owners, developers, contractors, and commercial clients
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to signed contract
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project teams to prepare proposals
- Present building solutions and project concepts to prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Qualifications- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction, building systems, or a related industry
- Previous experience leading or managing a sales team is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Nice-to-Have- Experience selling pre-engineered steel buildings
- Existing network within agricultural or commercial construction markets
