Qualifications- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing environment.
- Dependability: A proven history of punctuality, strong attendance, and a dedicated work ethic.
- Capability: Comfort standing for long periods, lifting parts, and succeeding in a physical, active role.
- Collaboration: A positive attitude, commitment to safety protocols, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
