Our teams manage all aspects of the job from estimating and tendering to financials, procurement, dispatch, and scheduling.This role is a great opportunity to provide administrative and operational support to our Interior Service team across Kelowna, Kamloops, and Prince George. Working closely with our regional administrative team, the successful candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, customer support, work order and project administration, and general office coordination while supporting a diverse range of customers and industries throughout the Interior region.Here's how your role will strengthen our team.Your responsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming calls and emailsSupport service scheduling and dispatch activitiesDeliver consistent, high-quality customer serviceComplete accurate and timely data entryAssist with work order administration and billingSupport project coordination and maintain documentationAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasksMaintain files, certifications, and general office recordsProvide support across multiple Interior branch locations as neededYour experience and skillsMinimum 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or service environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilityProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with service management software, an assetAble to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with electrical industry terms, an assetAbout HouleAs BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
