Job description
Randstad Engineering is seeking an Electrical Specialist to support the design, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for packaging machinery.

This role ensures reliable machine performance by working closely with engineering, assembly, and service teams. Ideally, you will bring 3+ years of experience in electrical design or industrial automation and experience with PLCs, HMIs, and control system.

Responsibilities
•Design and develop electrical systems for packaging machines
•Create and review electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
•Build and assemble electrical panels as required
•Support machine assembly, wiring, and testing
•Troubleshoot electrical issues during production and after installation
•Collaborate with mechanical and programing teams for system integration
•Work closely with the purchasing team to select appropriate electrical components for each project
•Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
•Assist with commissioning and startup of machines
•Maintain documentation, including schematics and technical manuals
•Provide support to internal teams and customers as needed


Qualifications
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
•2–5+ years of experience in electrical design or industrial automation
•Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and control system
•Ability to read and create electrical schematics
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Good communication and teamwork abilities
