Job description – Amazon e-commerce specialist

Millions of people are selling on Amazon. GMD sells on Amazon. We are looking for someone who is at the top of the game and understands the Amazon system from top to bottom and can navigate the complexities. We have several brands that should be top sellers in their categories. GMD is seeking a motivated individual who will help manage our Canadian Amazon program. If you are very experienced with the ins and outs of Amazon on all 3 platforms – drop ship, marketplace and vendor central – including marketing and promotion, then we want to talk to you. This experience is essential as we are seeking an individual that can "hit the ground running" with little training, and seamlessly transition into the role. You will be responsible for managing a multi million dollar business with a very high growth potential. From pricing strategies and structuring promotional programs to sales analytics, this position will require you to successfully list and manage exclusive and non-exclusive products, from a number of leading brands / manufacturers. We have an opportunity in a growing and exciting Canadian wholesale company. Jump right into a senior position in the e-commerce side of our business. Key Skill's You Will Bring

• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English is a must.
• BA / BS degree, Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to be self-motivated and self-directed, with prioritization and multi-task skills
• 3-5 years experience working Amazon on all sales platforms
• Build annual promotional plan and budget to optimize ROI within Amazon’s advertising platform
• Performance Analysis : Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales and conversion rates
• SEO Optimization : Utilize SEO best practices to enhance product visibility and improve search rankings on Amazon
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop promotional strategies and enhance product presentation
• Strong account management and customer relationship management skills
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
