  • Effectuer des examens de rendement
  • Superviser l'administration de la paye
  • Planifier et assurer le contrôle financier du budget et des dépenses
  • Travailler avec le département de marketing pour comprendre et communiquer des messages de marketing sur le terrain
  • Décider de la planification stratégique à mettre en place en ce qui a trait aux nouvelles lignes de produits
  • Établir des politiques et procédures organisationnelles ayant trait aux ventes
  • Diriger les équipes de ventes dans le développement de relations d'affaires avec les clients corporatifs, et gérer les négociations de contrats de ventes
  • Organiser les opérations de ventes régionales et divisionnaires
  • Planifier, diriger et évaluer les activités du service des ventes d'un établissement commercial ou industriel, d'une entreprise de commerce de gros ou de détail et d'autres établissements
  • Recruter, organiser, former et gérer le personnel
  • Attribuer, coordonner et réviser des projets et des programmes
  • Diriger des groupes ou leur donner des instructions
