Job descriptionFollow and monitor the vehicle's preventative maintenance program and keep detailed records of inspections and repairs. Submit any travel-related expenses to Finance as requested. Handle emergency situations promptly and communicate with management as required. Report any potentially unsafe conditions immediately. Perform other duties, including deliveries, as needed and / or assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no traffic violations preferred). Must provide a copy of motor vehicle driving record. Flexible, this role requires to work sometimes evenings and weekends. Knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs. Ability to safely operate a passenger car / van in all weather conditions. Good knowledge of the Montreal area and proficient in using a GPS. Demonstrated courtesy, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Overview
As our Corporate Driver, you will provide safe and courteous transportation services to our guests and employees. Your responsibilities include coordinating vehicle pre-maintenance, maintenance, and repair to ensure vehicle longevity and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicle from office to construction sites, meeting locations, and other destinations as per requests and assigned schedule.
- Handle passengers' luggage and parcels safely.
- Practice safe and comfortable driving techniques in compliance with legislation and company guidelines.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained both aesthetically and mechanically.
Perform regular cleaning and servicing of the vehicle, including fueling.
