Job description

As the Executive Assistant, you will report to and support the Executive Director (ED) in achieving the three entities' organizational objectives. You will manage the ED's schedule, grant opportunities, special projects, partnerships, take minutes, and oversee Annual Report compilation. You are also responsible for admissions and maintaining a high occupancy rate.

Wanted profile

• Diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) in Secretarial Studies or any other educatioinal background combined with relevant experience deemed equivalent
• Fluent in English and French
• Minimum five years' experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of the health and social services sector
• Experience in partnership development and fundraising
• Non-profit organization experience an asset
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
