As a Business Development Representative , you will drive our growth by generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to identify and execute demand- generation opportunities.

Partner with business leaders to develop and refine call scripts and emails for campaigns.

Conduct cold and warm outreach to support campaigns, events, and client engagement.

Manage email and content campaigns to complement calling efforts.

Track and document activity in LIDD’s CRM in partnership with sales enablement.

Analyze campaign results, providing feedback to marketing and leadership on successes and areas for improvement.

Represent LIDD’s brand with integrity, professionalism, and kindness.

Perform other related tasks as required.

To Qualify

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional services.

Proven success in cold outreach rather than relying solely on inbound leads.

Ability to make 60+ calls daily while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism.

Experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, or RocketReach.

Basic CRM proficiency.

Bilingual (French & English) with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

Must be present 5 days a week in our Old Port Montreal office location.
