For individuals with strong emotional intelligence and the drive to lead, this role provides a clear pathway into future Supervisor and leadership positions, where you can directly impact safety, production, and team performance.
What We Offer
Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $65,000 – $75,000 (CAD) per year. We’re committed to creating careers where employees can contribute, grow, and thrive. In addition to base pay, you’ll enjoy:

What You’ll Learn & Be Responsible For
- Operational Exposure: Learn end‑to‑end sawmill operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and planning
- Safety Leadership: Build a strong safety mindset and learn how leaders influence safe work practices on the floor
- Problem Solving: Analyze operational challenges, respond to issues in real time, and help drive continuous improvement
- Team Engagement: Work alongside operators, trades, and leaders—developing communication and people‑leadership skills
- Leadership Development: Gain mentorship, coaching, and formal education designed to prepare you for future Supervisor roles
